Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the bicycle or accessory is clean and placed back in its original packaging; for bikes, please ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
You can drop your return at one of our brand stores in Melbourne or Sydney, or we can assist in arranging a courier collection from your address.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 business days.
