Do you offer nationwide shipping across Australia?
Yes, we ship our bikes and accessories Australia-wide. Delivery times vary by location, but most metro orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your home are 85% assembled in a box. We provide all necessary tools and clear instructions for final assembly. Alternatively, you can choose 'Click & Collect' to pick up a fully assembled bike from one of our brand stores.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original condition and packaging for a refund, minus shipping costs.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every Lekker bike comes with a 2-year warranty on frames and a 2-year warranty on all componentry and electrical parts, ensuring peace of mind for your daily commute.
Can I test ride a bike before purchasing?
Absolutely! We encourage test rides at our Melbourne and Sydney brand stores. Simply drop in or book an appointment online to find the perfect model for your riding style.
